Finish grading is the detailed work that prepares the land for its final touches. This includes tasks such as precise leveling, creating specific slopes, and ensuring the site is ready for paving, planting, or other finishing touches.
DRIVEWAY GRADING & GRAVELING:
Driveway grading and graveling refers to the process of leveling the ground surface of a driveway by adjusting the soil level to create proper drainage, followed by laying down a layer of gravel to create a driving surface.
DRIVEWAY CULVERTS:
A driveway culvert is a pipe that runs under a driveway to carry water away from the property. Culverts are designed to prevent flooding and erosion by allowing water to flow underneath a driveway instead of over it.
GARAGE & HOUSE PADS:
A "garage pad" and "house pad" both refer to a leveled, prepared area of land, usually made of compacted soil and gravel, where a garage or house is built upon, essentially acting as the foundation base for the structure, ensuring stability and preventing shifting over time.
